Job Description

REA Global is looking for a qualified electrician to join our team in a permanent, full time in-house position.

n

We’re looking for a capable electrician who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems and wants the stability of being part of an established internal team.

n

This isn’t a role where you’ll simply be sent out to do the same job every day. You’ll work across a variety of electrical, service, fault-finding and rectification work and have the support of an experienced operations team behind you.

The Role n

Your work will include a mixture of:

n

n
- Fault finding and diagnostics of Solar and Battery Systems
n
- Attending customer properties to diagnose and resolve electrical issues with Batteries and Solar Systems
n
- Electrical upgrades and modifications
n
- Testing and rectification
n
- Service and maintenance
n
- Switchboard work
n
- Electrical compliance
n
- Working alongside our internal trades and operations teams
n
- Completing required job and compliance documentation
n

n

There is plenty of variety and the role will suit an electrician who enjoys using their technical skills and solving problems rather than simply completing repetitive installations.

About You n

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, technically capable and takes responsibility for getting the job done properly.

n

You’ll need:

n

n
- Current Queensland Electrical Mechanic Licence
n
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability
n
- Good knowledge of residential electrical systems
n
- High standard of workmanship
n
- Ability to work independently
n
- Professional approach when dealing with customers
n
- Strong focus on safety and compliance
n




- Reliability and personal accountability
n

n

Broader residential and commercial electrical experience will be highly regarded.
