The F&B; Breakfast Host is responsible for delivering an exceptional breakfast experience through attentive service, strong menu knowledge, and a genuine passion for hospitality. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to anticipate guest needs while maintaining the highest standards of luxury service.

Job description:

n

n
- Greet and engage guests in a friendly, professional manner at Atria the host desk.
n
- Review in house package reports to identify guests with breakfast inclusion.
n
- Take and process food and beverage orders, offer recommendations, and address guest inquiries or concerns.
n
- Assist breakfast service team where required by F&B; management.
n
- Ensure prompt, accurate service with high standards of presentation.
n
- Monitor inventory, assist with ordering and restocking, and rotate stock to reduce waste and ensure freshness.
n
- Polish cutlery and other items to maintain cleanliness and quality.
n
- Collaborate with kitchen, bar, housekeeping, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.
n
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as needed.
n
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, and report maintenance or safety issues promptly

About You:

- An up-to-date Victorian RSA
n
- Relevant experience in a similar role
n
- Barista skills highly regarded
n
- Working rights in Australia
n
- Proficient in English and confident in delivering storylines to guest
n
- Enthusiastic to escalate your career
