- Assist in the smooth operation of the F&B; department
n
- Create a seamless dining experience for our guests, making everyone feel welcomed and valued
n
- Animate the restaurant and bar to make it fun, unique and an enjoyable experience for all guests, through creative activations and events
n
- The ability to coordinate and manage the day-to-day F&B; operations whilst leading and inspiring the team to enhance the guest experience – every guest,



every interaction, every day

- Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating teams. Your lead-by-example approach will be infectious

- Shake, stir, pour, and serve drinks with flair - keeping service upbeat, smooth and perfect

- Keep the bar looking its best - clean, organised, stocked and always inviting

- Bring flair, passion and charisma each and every day

- Cultivate an enthusiasm for constructing delectable cocktails whilst staying current with the latest trends in mixology

F&B; Attendant

n

- Assist with day-to-day operations with the guests in the restaurant
n
- Ensure professional and friendly service is provided to all guests in each interaction
n
- Clear and reset tables and ensure service areas are clean and tidy
n
- The confidence to explain our menu to guests with gusto, assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences, and providing enthusiastic assistance when recommending wine and beverages.
n
- Anticipate guest needs and create unforgettable dining experiences
n




- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and attending to their dining needs
n
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables
n
- Assist with event setups and functions in the conference suites and restaurant
n

Qualifications n

n
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience
n
- Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
n
- The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
n
- Great communication skills, presentation and confidence to engage with guests
n
- A passion for maximising sales opportunities by upselling items
n
- A calm nature in the midst of a fast-paced workplace
n
- A team player with the ability to assist in all areas of F&B; operations during peak times
n
