Job Description

IFYS Limited in Burpengary is seeking a Case Manager to lead a residential program and a team of Residential Youth Workers. You will oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of care in a protected living environment for children and young people.

The role offers a permanent, full-time leadership position with a competitive salary, five weeks leave, salary packaging, and strong professional development. You will implement trauma-informed care and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
