Job Requirements n

• Develop and oversee implementation of a strategic territory plan to align partners and account team on territory growth strategy
n • Develop, manage, and grow a pipeline of sales opportunities with capable partners and distributors to drive sales revenue
n • Leverage NetApp and partner resources to create brand awareness and generate demand in assigned territory
n • Deliver NetApp strategy, vision, and messaging to customers, prospects and partners
n • Responsible for sales forecasting accuracy,



linearity and operational hygiene to achieve business management excellence
n • Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving net new business.

Education n

• Self-starter who is comfortable working independently and in a team environment
n • Strong understanding of partner landscape in a specific territory
n • Broad exposure to a variety of data storage and cloud technologies/concepts
n • Highly organized and disciplined with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues within departments across functions
n • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, customer service and negotiation skills
n • Located within assigned territory and able to travel regularly to visit local customers and partners
n • 2+ years of field technology sales with a focus on new logo acquisition and business development. Recruiting efforts will be ongoing until specific teams find an ideal match
