nAbout the Rolen
n•This role is based across all MGC active project sites in and around Perth, WAn
n•Full Time, Permanentn
n•$100,000-$120,000pa + Supern
n•Studying blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems and materials requiredn
n•Setting out and installing hot and cold water systems and associated equipmentn




n•Installing water-based fire protections systems, including fire hydrants, hose reels and sprinkler systemsn
n•Designing and installing sanitary plumbing and water supply systems, discharge pipes and sanitary fixturesn
n•Fabricating and installing soil and waste stacksn
n•Assembling and installing mechanical services plant, air handling and conditioning equipment and small bore heating systemsn
n•Installing sewerage and effluent pumping equipment and disposal systemsn
n•Installing below-ground drainage systems and associated ground support systemsn
n•Installing, maintaining and repairing gas mains, piping systems downstream of the billing meter, and appliances and ancillary equipment associated with the use of fuel gasesn
n•Fabricating and installing metal roofing, rainwater goods and flashingsn

nAbout Youn
n•A minimum of 3 years of experience in subdivision work is required.n
n•Desirable - CERTIII or CERT IV Drainage n
n•Possession of a valid Western Australia C Class Licence & White Cardn
n•Accreditation in PVC Pipelaying and ATCO.n
n•Strong practical skills with a hands-on approach to solving problems.n
