About the Role

Our client is a leading financial services organisation experiencing strong growth and expanding its national and international capability. As a Claims Manager, you'll oversee the end‐to‐end administration of Death, TPD and Income Protection claims, ensuring compliant, accurate and timely outcomes for members.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Manage the full lifecycle of death, TPD and IP claims
n
- Review complex information and reports to ensure accurate, defensible decisions
n
- Coordinate recent claim notifications and deliver clear, consistent updates to stakeholders
n
- Maintain strong documentation discipline — completeness checks, follow‐ups, filing
n




- Liaise professionally with insurers, underwriters and internal teams
n
- Identify applicable policies/coverages and undertake independent research when needed
n
- (Senior) Support uplift of team capability through coaching, guidance and template improvements
n

What You Bring

- Strong knowledge of superannuation and relevant legislation
n
- Experience in death, TPD or IP claims within superannuation
n
- Exceptional investigative and problem‐solving skills
n
- High attention to detail and strong organisational capability
n
- Empathy, professionalism and confidence handling difficult conversations
n
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
n
- Ability to identify and implement improvements
