As Venue General Manager, you'll have the opportunity to shape the team culture, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and make the venue a place the local community genuinely loves.

We're looking for a hands on leader who thrives on the floor, leads with presence, and knows how to create a venue that feels high energy, welcoming, and connected to its community.

What you'll be doing:

- Be the driving force of the venue, visible, engaged, and leading from the front every shift.
n
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences that reflect the energy and character of Chippendale.
n
- Coach, develop, and motivate your team in real time.
n
- Build a strong, accountable, and positive team culture.
n
- Oversee daily operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and presentation.
n
- Manage labour, COGS, and P&L; to deliver strong commercial performance.
n
- Recruit, train,



and retain high performing team members.
n
- Build strong connections with the local Chippendale community through engagement and activations.
n

- A confident, experienced leader who loves being in the action and understands what great hospitality feels like.

- Commercially aware, with experience across labour, COGS, and P&L.;

- A natural coach who lifts performance and holds high standards.

- Comfortable leading a busy, high energy venue.

- People focused, with a genuine love for hospitality and creating great experiences.
