Overview

We’re working with a leading Defence & Security organisation delivering cutting‑edge Naval programmes, and we’re looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to support a key long‑term project based in New Malden.

n

This is a hands‑on role focused on requirements, system design, and integration across complex systems. You’ll be working in a highly collaborative engineering environment alongside domain experts and cross‑functional teams.

- Develop and manage system requirements using DOORS
n
- Define system interfaces to support design and integration across engineering domains
n
- Support the full engineering lifecycle from requirements through to integration, verification,



and validation
n
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an agile delivery workplace
n
- Ensure compliance with defence engineering standards and best practices
n

Key experience required nn
- Strong background in Systems Engineering within complex environments
n
- Experience using DOORS for requirement management
n
- Experience working across the full engineering lifecycle
n
- Comfortable working in an agile environment
n
- Active SC Clearance (or recently lapsed and eligible to renew)
