Canberra Health Services seeks a Record Digitisation and Forms Officer on a full time temporary contract with the possibility of permanency. Reporting to the Decision Support Unit, you will support Health Information Services in digitising clinical forms and managing the Digital Health Record.
You will maintain the Clinical Forms Register and coordinate form templates, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliant, efficient health records management.
