On behalf of our client, we're recruiting an experienced Business Services Manager to join a highly respected accounting and advisory firm based in Parramatta.

n

This is a genuine leadership opportunity to inherit a well-established $1 million portfolio, lead an experienced onshore team and work closely with quality private businesses, family groups and several recognised blue-chip clients.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Partners, you'll take ownership of an established client portfolio while leading a team of Senior Accountants, Intermediates and Graduates.

n

This is a highly autonomous role suited to someone who enjoys building trusted client relationships, delivering commercial advice and mentoring the next generation of accountants.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage an established client portfolio worth approximately $1 million in annual fees
n
- Provide tax, business advisory and strategic advice to a diverse client base
n
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of onshore accounting professionals
n
- Review financial statements, tax returns and complex advisory work
n
- Build long-term client relationships and identify advisory opportunities
n




- Partner closely with senior leadership on client strategy and business growth
n
- Drive workflow, quality and team performance
n

About You

n

We're seeking an experienced Business Services Manager, although Senior Managers looking for their next career move are also encouraged to apply.

n

You'll ideally possess:

n

n
- CA or CPA qualification
n
- Extensive Australian public practice accounting experience
n
- Strong technical expertise across Business Services and Tax
n
- Proven experience managing client portfolios and leading teams
n
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
n
- A genuine passion for mentoring and developing junior staff
n
