Big Wave Digital is seeking a sharp, practical designer to join our seven-person marketing team in a hybrid role based near Sydney. You’ll design social assets, build brand systems, and contribute to campaigns, print collateral and web graphics.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years' design experience, robust skills in Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop, plus a portfolio that proves impact beyond aesthetics. A genuine connection to rural life is essential.
