Join our West Perth Contact Centre on the 28 th October as a Member Solutions Consultant and be among the first point of contact for more than 1.3 million members .About the roleGrow your knowledge of RAC products and services through comprehensive, full-time training and ongoing developmentBe the first point of contact for around 50–60 RAC members each day, providing support, guidance and reassurance.Confidently navigate multiple systems while delivering engaging, high-quality conversations with members.Understand individual needs and offer tailored solutionsWork alongside a supportive, motivated team that encourages collaboration and celebrates successM eet compliance requirements set by regulatory standardsThis is a fulltime permanent position working 8 hours in length between Monday-Friday: 7am-8.30pm, Saturday – Sunday:
