What you'll be doing
Concierge & Workplace Experience
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to employees, visitors, and guests.
- Manage reception and front-of-house operations.
- Coordinate visitor access, meeting room bookings, and workplace enquiries.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Support workplace events and employee engagement initiatives.
Facilities Support
- Conduct workplace inspections and audits.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with service providers.
- Support contractors, suppliers, and building management teams.
- Assist with workplace health, safety, and compliance requirements.
- Manage office supplies, amenities, and general workplace administration.
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate workplace records and documentation.
- Prepare reports and support operational processes.
- Monitor service requests and ensure timely completion.
- Assist the broader Facilities Management team with day-to-day activities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working within a corporate environment is highly regarded.
