Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT is seeking a dedicated Spiritual Care Coordinator to provide compassionate, person-centred pastoral care across multiple SCC locations. You will support residents and clients to connect with meaning, purpose, and community through tailored emotional and spiritual support and thoughtful care planning.

This hands-on role involves coordinating memorials, supporting volunteers, mentoring staff and volunteers, and contributing to resident wellbeing.
