Key Responsibilities n

- Prepare and execute high-quality dishes in line with our diverse menu.
n
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment.
n
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
n
- Assist in menu development and contribute to cutting-edge dish creation.
n
- Support the training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff.
n
- Ensure consistency in food presentation, portioning, and quality.
n

Skills & Experience Required nn
- Previous experience as a Demi Chef, Commis Chef, or Cook (preferred but not essential for apprentices).
n




- Strong understanding of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene.
n
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen.
n
- A passion for culinary innovation, creativity, and attention to detail.
n
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
n
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
n
- Relevant culinary qualifications (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent preferred).
