About the role

What you will be doing
n
n
- Delivering teaching and learning in line with the IB Diploma Programme and VCE curriculum
n
- Supporting the collaborative designoftheYears 10-12 Visual Arts curriculum.
n
- Contributing to co-curricular programs and broader initiativesacross theSchool'scampuses
n
- Participating in professional learning, reflectivepracticeand continuous improvement activities
n
- Undertakingadministrative,organisationaland supervisory requirements
n
- Enablingstudent wellbeing through pastoral care, relationshipbuildingand activeengagement with families
n
- Other duties asrequiredcommensuratewith your teaching role
n

What we are looking for
n
n
- An experienced VCE and IB educator with a strong teaching backgroundin senior years
n
- Passionate about contemporary pedagogy and adolescent development
n
- Strong curriculum design and planning skills
n
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with students, parents,staffand external stakeholders
n
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with the capacity to work across faculties and with external partners
n
- Strong organisational and planning skills, withexcellentattention to detail
n
- A background in Visual Communication Design would be advantageous
n
n
