Job Description

Colliers International Sydney CBD is seeking a Property Manager to join our team. You will manage and maximise the performance of the allocated commercial property portfolio on behalf of our clients, ensuring presentation, maintenance and compliance.

You will build solid client and tenant relationships, assist with leasing to achieve zero vacancies, and handle contracts, budgets and financial reporting with attention to building objectives and regulator standards.
