What You'll Do

n

As a Sharing & Recoveries Advisor, you will:

n

- Engage with customers experiencing financial hardship or payment difficulties through inbound and outbound interactions.
n
- Assess individual customer circumstances and identify appropriate support and recovery solutions.
n
- Manage a portfolio of claims and recovery cases, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
n
- Build trust through empathy, active listening, and professional communication.
n
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support positive customer outcomes.
n
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
n




- Balance customer needs with business outcomes while delivering exceptional service.
n
- Contribute to team performance goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
n

What You'll Bring

- Passionate about helping customers and delivering outstanding service experiences.

- A confident communicator with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
n
- Resilient and comfortable navigating sensitive or challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism.

- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
n
- A proactive problem-solver who can identify practical and effective solutions for customers.
n
- Comfortable working towards individual and team performance targets.
n
- Experienced in customer service, collections, recoveries, financial hardship, banking, insurance, financial services, or a related fiel (desired).
