Job Description

Building People Recruitment Group on the Gold Coast seeks an Intermediate Contracts Administrator to join a growing developer-builder with a robust apartment market pipeline.

n

You will support with subcontractor scopes, tendering, variations, cost reporting and close coordination with site and senior commercial teams on a $100m+ apartment development, with two further projects planned.

n

This role offers continuity across multiple projects and advancement opportunities within a supportive team.
