Parts Interpreter | Mercedes-Benz Sydney n

We are seeking a driven & hardworking can-do attitude Parts Interpreter to join our parts team.

n

Our ideal applicant will have a comprehensive knowledge of genuine parts and have previous experience in the role of a similar part within a dealership setting.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: n

- Interpret, quote and sell parts to all customers with the aim of achieving maximum gross profit whilst maintaining customer satisfaction and retention
n
- Provide technical and product information to our customers
n
- Understanding and monitoring effective spare parts processes, including stock control and inventory
n
- Working in conjunction with end customers and other departments to maximize parts sales opportunities
n
