City of Wagga Wagga is seeking a Learning & Organisational Development Officer to design, deliver and coordinate learning opportunities across Council. You will facilitate face-to-face training, support career development, induction and organisational development initiatives.

Working with the People & Culture team, you will collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs, develop practical solutions and deliver programs that strengthen our learning organisation.
