Electrical Assembler (Switchboards / Control Panels)

We are seeking one to two (1–2) experienced Electrical Assemblers for ongoing positions based locally in Adelaide, SA. In this role, you will be responsible for building, wiring, and finishing high-quality electrical components and system switchboards in a manufacturing environment. Position Details

- ? Location: Adelaide, SA (Local position)

- ? Pay Rate: $40.00 per hour superannuation (Negotiable based on experience)

- ? Vacancies: 1–2 positions available

Key Responsibilities

- Component Assembly: Assemble specialized electrical components, systems, and switchboards accurately according to layout schematics.

- Wiring & Fitting: Execute point-to-point wiring, looming, component fitting, and terminal crimping tasks.

- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and correctly follow technical electrical drawings,



manufacturing blueprints, and manual instructions.

- Material Preparation: Measure, strip, cut, and prepare complex wiring runs and core electrical infrastructure safely.

- Quality & Defect Controls: Conduct standard circuit inspections and QA checks to identify production defects, reporting faults early to engineering teams.

- WHS & Workstation Care: Maintain a highly organized, safe work bench, minimizing clutter and prioritizing clean safety guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Proven practical experience in electrical assembly, switchboard manufacturing, or electronic product wiring.

- Demonstrated ability to accurately read and follow complex electrical circuit diagrams and schematics.

- Proficiency using precise electrical hand tools, stripping tools, crimpers, and light power equipment safely.

- Highly safety-conscious, reliable, and possessing strong communication skills.

- Must currently live in Adelaide and be readily available to start an ongoing role.
