The Opportunity The transformation into a sophisticated and considered apex enterprise structure is well underway. These appointments are about working with the Board and Shareholder Council to continue to evolve and embed this governance structure. The Board’s mandate is oversight, coordination and long-term stewardship across all four entities, together with custodianship of the family’s governance framework, constitution and multi-generational intent.

This enterprise is building a stewardship system that is structurally sound, future-ready and capable of sustaining wealth and family cohesion across generations for generations to come. This role will contribute to oversight and decision-making across the family’s four entities, supporting long-term stewardship, governance discipline and alignment of family interests across generations.

Candidate Profile

Chair Designate

- Prior Chair, Deputy Chair or senior Non-Executive Director experience, suited to a board evolving toward independent governance built to serve generations to come
- Genuine lived experience of having taken a family through a comparable governance journey
- Prior CEO operating experience and solid fluency in multi-generational governance

Non-Executive Director

- Established prior Non-Executive Director experience, suited to a board evolving toward independent governance built to serve generations to come
- Genuine lived experience of having taken a family through a comparable governance journey
- Strong strategy and capital allocation experience, sound enterprise risk judgement, and oversight experience of innovation and disruption at scale
