Applications for Talison's Trainee Program are now open!

As a part of its ongoing commitment to local communities Talison Lithium Pty Ltd (Talison) is once again offering a variety of Traineeships at the Greenbushes Lithium Operation (Greenbushes) designed to provide invaluable on the job experience whilst simultaneously giving successful candidates the opportunity to achieve a nationally recognised qualification in their chosen field. This is a fantastic prospect to get a taste of the mining industry with the world's leading lithium minerals producer.

You might be a school leaver, someone returning to work after some time away, or even someone looking to embark on a new career. Whoever you are, we'd love to hear from you.

In 2027 we'll be welcoming trainees in the following fields:

- Warehouse & Supply: Assist with the receiving, distribution and storage of supplies for the business, and obtain a Certificate III in Business.
- Administration: Provide vital administrative support to our Business Services Department, gain experience in an office environment, and obtain a Certificate III in Business.
- People & Culture: provide human resources administrative support and gain hands on experience within the Talent Acquisition team, and obtain a Certificate III in Business.
- Occupational Hygiene: Gaining hands-on experience in occupational hygiene, including exposure to hearing and respiratory fit testing, noise and dust monitoring, water sampling and obtain Occupational Hygiene - AIOH / MAQT / NVMS training
- Infrastructure and Water Circuit Services: Support the operation and maintenance of water flow across site, enjoy hands-on outdoor work, and obtain a Certificate III in Resource Processing.

To be successfully considered for these roles, you will have:





- A willingness to contribute toward the success of your team while supporting a positive team culture;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- A strong work ethic with a commitment to health, safety and environmental work practices;
- Motivation to achieve personal goals and objectives, including study and course work;
- The ability to follow direction, while showing initiative and searching for improvement opportunities; and
- Either hold, or be working towards, a W.A. driver's license.

Our Traineeship Program: As part of our ongoing commitment to our local communities, Talison Lithium offers a variety of Traineeships at the Greenbushes Lithium Operation. Traineeships commence in January and run for 12 months, during which time you will be given training and support through every step of the program. You will gain experience within the function of your chosen field, as well as exposure to a range of different functions across the business.
