We have an exciting career opportunity for a driven and passionate individual to join our Victorian Sales Team. This role will appeal to an experienced salesperson with a proven track record of success. The successful candidate will be from the transport, heavy vehicle automotive, or agricultural sectors.

The role would also appeal to someone with a strong technical capability and experience in the heavy vehicle transport or agricultural industry, who is ready to transition off the tools and build a long-term career in sales.

You’ll spend around 80% of your week managing existing accounts, nurturing trusted customer relationships, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction. The remaining time will focus on new business development, identifying opportunities to grow our customer base and expand our market presence. The role is based in Laverton North, approximately 18kms west of Melbourne’s CBD.

About the role...

- Develop and maintain robust customer relationships across OEM, Fleet, and Aftermarket segments, building a sales network that maximises opportunities across all product lines.





- Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding budgets and targets through proactive account management and customer growth initiatives.

- Support strategic planning and forecasting by providing accurate sales data, insights, and market intelligence to help shape annual budgets and long-term growth strategies.

- Identify and pursue new opportunities by gathering market insights, assessing customer buying patterns, and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.

- Represent the company professionally at trade shows, customer events, and during regional or interstate travel, ensuring exceptional service and follow-up support, including warranty and quotation enquiries.

Must have experience...

- A solid track record in sales with a strong customer focus.

- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude with relevant experience.

- Extensive experience in the heavy vehicle transport or agricultural industry.

- Experience in planning, forecasting and KPI management.

- Demonstrated computer literacy including Microsoft, CRM and ERP systems.

- Car licence is essential.

It’s a bonus if you have...

- Truck license HR Minimum.

- Axle and Suspension knowledge.
