Sodue Pty Ltd are looking for an organised and detail-focused Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team.

About the role
This is a hands-on role responsible for the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, payments and reconciliations across the business. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Processing and coding supplier invoices accurately and within required timeframes
- Reconciling supplier statements and following up outstanding or disputed items
- Preparing and processing supplier payment runs
- Processing and reconciling employee expense claims
- Completing bank and merchant reconciliations
- Assisting with stock and accounts payable reconciliations
- Supporting BAS preparation and month-end processes
- Assisting with general ledger reconciliations and other finance tasks
- Maintaining accurate and organised financial records
- Providing support to other members of the Finance team when required
About you
You’ll be someone who takes pride in getting the details right and enjoys being part of a team. You’ll have:
- At least 12 months’ experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role
- A positive understanding of accounts payable and general accounting processes
- Experience using accounting or ERP systems
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisation and record-keeping skills
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Good communication skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- A positive and practical approach to working both independently and as part of a team
Experience in a high-volume, multi-site, retail or fuel environment would be an advantage.
