Enviropipes is a rapidly growing Australian owned Company. We are based in High Wycombe, near Perth Airport and seek a special individual to join our team. We specialise in the manufacture of quality plastic piping solutions, in particular high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe and fittings.

We are seeking an Accounts Officer to join our Accounts team. This position is offered on a full time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks

Accounts Receivable duties

- Setting up new customers
- Entering invoices (high volume)
- Processing credit notes and adjustments
- Reconciling project invoicing as required
- Reconciling debtor accounts
- Debt collections

Adhoc duties as required The successful applicant will demonstrate the following characteristics:




- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Conscientious, punctual and enthusiastic
- Knowledge of Payroll requirements
- Proficient in Excel and MYOB
- Experience in Triumph is desired but not necessary
- Open to learning new software packages and processes
- Team player
