This is a hands-on Accounts Receivable role where you'll take ownership of the end-to-end function, from allocating customer payments through to reconciliations and account follow-up. You'll play an important part in keeping accounts running smoothly, building positive relationships with customers and working closely with a supportive wider finance team.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Managing incoming customer payments and daily banking
- Allocating payments and reconciling accounts receivable transactions
- Sending statements and payment reminders
- Following up on overdue invoices and resolving payment issues
- Maintaining accurate customer and financial records
- Supporting month-end and year-end processes
- Assisting with audits and compliance requirements
- Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience in an end-to-end Accounts Receivable position
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and AR processes
- Experience using Pronto (highly preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service focus
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally
- Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or equivalent
