The Position
Looking for a Full-Time Admin Assistant role where you can learn, connect with people and be part of a supportive team?
Based at our Wingfield SA office and reporting to the Office Manager, you’ll enjoy a varied role across administration, reception and customer service, helping keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Answering Telephone
- Visitor induction assistance and safety compliance
- End-to-end processing of Customer Orders
- Daily Local and National Freight Logistics
- Customer Enquiries / Correspondence
- Accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment processing and debtor follow-up.
- Purchase orders and compliance review of incoming documentation
- Inventory data entry
- Processing Account Applications
- Liaising with our production and technical teams
- General office duties
About you:
- Demonstrated experience
- Confident with computers and data entry
- Comfortable communicating with customers and suppliers
- The ability to work cooperatively and effectively within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- The ability to manage deadlines, multitask and prioritise work.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A professional approach to confidential client and employee information.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Sound written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to follow routine administrative processes accurately.
- A friendly, courteous, honest and reliable manner.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
- Experience with Sage, XERO,
and Unleashed is highly desired but not essential
- Right to work in Australia
