We’re looking for someone organised and proactive who can support the day-to-day administration of the business while also helping us implement new management software and improve the systems and processes behind our operations.
This is an office-based, part-time role of approximately 20–25 hours per week, with the potential to develop into a full-time position as the business grows.
About the role
Working closely with RAIM’s management and operations teams, you’ll provide administrative support across the business while helping us strengthen the systems and processes that support our growing operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing general day-to-day business administration
- Assisting with the implementation and rollout of new management software
- Helping develop and improve internal systems, processes and workflows
- Maintaining company records, registers and documentation
- Preparing and formatting reports, correspondence and business documents
- Supporting project and operational administration
- Coordinating documentation and information across the team
- Assisting with purchasing, invoices and general accounts administration
- Liaising with employees, clients and suppliers as required
- Providing general administrative and operational support to management
As the business continues to grow, there will be scope for the role to develop and take on additional responsibilities.
About you
We’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable and comfortable taking initiative.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Solid experience in administration, coordination or a similar role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new software and systems
- An interest in improving processes and finding more efficient ways of working
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
- A practical, proactive and adaptable approach
- Experience with Teammate software is highly regarded
Experience within civil construction, utilities, infrastructure or a similar industry would be an advantage, but isn’t essential.
