About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Bosco Administration Officer to join our Bosco Campus team.
As the first point of contact for many students and families, you will play a vital role in supporting student wellbeing and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the Bosco Campus front office. Every day brings a variety of interactions, from assisting students who require first aid or support, to welcoming families, responding to enquiries, and helping staff provide the best possible educational experience.
Reporting to the Business Manager, this pivotal role provides professional administrative support across a broad range of school operations.
You will support the wellbeing team with facilitating meeting between the staff and families becoming a familiar and trusted face within the Bosco community. This position requires someone who can confidently manage competing priorities, where maintaining confidentiality is imperative, and build positive relationships across the school community.
You will be required to work Monday - Friday 9.00am - 3.00pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing compassionate and professional support to students throughout the school day.
- Building positive relationships with students, families, staff, and visitors.
- Acting as a key contact point for student wellbeing needs and first aid assistance.
- Supporting student attendance processes, records management, and communication with families.
- Managing enquiries with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Coordinating appointments, meetings, and school events.
- Maintaining accurate student information and records.
- Work closely with and support other administration staff where required.

- Has exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
- Can create a welcoming and supportive environment for students and families.
- Demonstrates strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Works confidently both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Communicates effectively with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
- Maintains confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Has strong Microsoft Office and administrative skills.
- Is committed to supporting the values and mission of Catholic education.
Essential Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Certificate IV in Administration, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Current Working with Children Check clearance.
- Current Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect (RRHAN-EC) certification.
- First Aid qualifications, or the ability to obtain and maintain them.
- A commitment to child safety and safeguarding principles.
