The role The Administration Assistant provides administrative and customer service support to ensure smooth and efficient sales and warehouse operations. Working closely with suppliers, customers and internal team members this position is central to maintaining workflow functions. Robust attention to detail, solid administration skills and customer service experience are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

- Providing administrative support to sales and warehosue teams
- Processing customer and supplier orders and returns, ensuring accurate data entry
- Updating website data and maintaining pricing schedules
- Communicating with customers and suppliers and following up on orders




- Assisting with maintaining stock levels of workwear and safety products
- In-store customer service and assisting with phone enquiries as required

Skills & Experience

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable manner
- Previous administration and customer service experience
- Proficiency in spreadsheet operations and confidence in learning new systems
- A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a small team
