Location: Fleurieu Peninsula Region, SA

Pay Rate: $42.34 per hour + super

Contract: Initial 3 months (high potential for ongoing extensions)

About The Role Looking for a dynamic administrative position where your precision and organizational skills make a direct impact? We are seeking an experienced administrator to provide vital operational support to Regulatory and Environmental Services teams across key local government functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Expiation & Compliance Support: Manage expiation notices, reminder workflows, and compliance follow-ups while liaising directly with the Fines Enforcement and Recovery Unit (FERU).
- Cemetery Administration: Oversee record maintenance, process applications, and handle sensitive public enquiries with professionalism.
- Statutory Documentation: Maintain accurate compliance records and statutory documentation in line with relevant legislation.
- General Administration:



Deliver high-level administrative assistance across the wider Environmental Services team.

What We Are Looking For
- Solid administrative background with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work comfortably within strict legislated processes and compliance frameworks.
- Prior experience in local government, legal administration, regulatory support, or compliance environments is highly regarded.
