Key Responsibilities

- Receive and make telephone calls
- Respond to customer enquiries professionally and promptly
- Conduct track and trace activities for customer freight
- Process freight collections and customer handovers
- Sort freight within the collections room
- Manage the return-to-sender process for aged freight
- Accurately enter consignment notes into internal systems
- Assist with depot collections as required
- Scan and update Proof of Delivery documentation
- File and maintain accurate records
- Assist customers with freight bookings
- Complete general administrative and operational tasks as required

To be considered, you will have:

- Previous administration or customer service experience
- Experience within freight, transport or logistics is highly regarded
- Strong computer and accurate data-entry skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A skilled and customer-focused approach




- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence handling telephone and customer enquiries
- Ability to work effectively in a busy depot environment
- A reliable, proactive and team-focused attitude
- Unlimited Australian working rights
