About the service: Join a welcoming and passionate team at UnitingCare Wesley Preschool Kindergarten, where educators are supported to do what they do best – create meaningful learning experiences and help children thrive.
Located in Castle Hill, our community-based preschool provides a warm, inclusive and engaging environment for children aged 3–5 years. With a solid focus on play-based learning, creativity and building children’s confidence, you’ll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference during these important early years.

What you’ll be doing in this role
As a Certificate III Qualified Educator, you’ll provide quality education and care to children to help support and facilitate their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework!
Your work may include:
- Developing positive relationships that support children, their families and community.
- Facilitating play-based learning environments that are responsive to children’s interest, strengths, and abilities.
- Documenting children’s learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes
Who we’re looking for
- Must have completed a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education, with previous on the job experience (preferred)
- Be passionate about working with children of all ages.
- A work history that demonstrates, programming, writing learning stories and supporting the planning of a successful curriculum using the Early Years Learning Framework (National Standard)
- Have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families and community members
- You’ll be adaptable, empathetic and resourceful, and be able to live Uniting’s everyday values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.
