Stock Pickers (Afternoon shift)

We have an exciting opportunity for proactive and hands-on Stock Pickers to join Cadell's team at our Head Office in Epping. These are full-time and casual positions starting at 4pm Sunday to Thursday. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of store operations and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Efficiently pick items using a wireless headset.

- Operate trolleys correctly and safely to transport goods.

- Properly and safely utilize both manual and electric pallet jacks.

- Develop a thorough understanding of the warehouse layout to locate specific pick-faces efficiently.

- Accurately read and interpret pick-face and storage location labels. Understand and interpret pallet mud maps (if applicable).

- Wrap pallets manually with precision and care.

- Operate a pallet-wrapping machine where required (Epping only).

- Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative, sound judgment, and enthusiasm.

- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy when fulfilling customer orders.

- Exhibit a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to change as needed.

- Follow instructions accurately and efficiently.

- Adhere to Workplace Health & Safety regulations and comply with company policies and procedures.
