In the role of Agribusiness Manager 1 Broker, you will join the Regional & Agribusiness Team that’s doubling down on winning together!

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

- Develop, lead and execute business development strategy across existing and new-to-bank broker-introduced customers, including agribusiness.
- Work with lending support and deal structuring specialists to prepare business lending proposals, including obtaining and analysing business and industry information, and ongoing portfolio management.
- Initiate solutions to stimulate customer growth in the local market and implement yearly business plans for your complex portfolio.
- Support the delivery of the local area’s performance as measured through customer advocacy, financial metrics and employee engagement.
- Contribute to the growth of the team by coaching and developing junior colleagues through everyday interactions.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

- Substantial experience in business, commercial or private banking.
- Proven ability to build, maintain, and leverage solid internal and external networks to drive business growth and customer engagement, experience dealing with brokers preferred.




- A commitment to strong risk culture, conduct and compliance risk.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong capability in building both personal and enterprise brands in internal and external markets.
- A broad knowledge of banking products and services, including transactional and e-commerce solutions.
- Proven ability to collaborate widely across various business units to obtain the best outcome for our customers.
- The ability to provide technical advice and guidance to customers and other banking departments regarding debt products and deal structuring.
- Tertiary qualifications in finance, business or related fields are highly desirable.
