What the F am I going to be doing?

We’re on the hunt for an Agency Sales Coordinator to join our growing team, helping to keep our agency business running like clockwork.





This is an entry-level role - perfect if you’ve got a year or two of admin, customer service or sales support experience under your belt and you’re ready for more responsibility, or if you’re switched-on, organised and keen to learn the ropes of agency sales from the ground up. No agency or media background required - we’ll teach you the industry, you bring the hustle.

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be across:

- Coordinating agency bookings, schedules and campaign paperwork so nothing falls through the cracks
- Helping build and maintain agency schedules and trackers - budgets, avails, revenue reporting, the lot
- Being a first point of contact for agency queries, chasing insertion orders and following up outstanding info
- Keeping CRM and internal systems accurate and up to date across our VIC, SA and NSW agency patches
- Working as a team on reporting, meeting prep, and general "take this off my plate" tasks
- Liaising between agency sales, operations and production to keep campaigns moving from booking through to delivery
- Pitching in wherever the team needs a hand as our patch keeps growing
- Plus whatever else comes your way (we love a team player)
