Borg Group is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to help build and scale our next generation AI platform. This is a unique opportunity for a strong production engineer who wants to apply modern AI capabilities to real business workflows across manufacturing, logistics, distribution and corporate operations.

You'll work closely with operational teams, software engineers and business stakeholders to design, build and support AI-enabled applications that deliver measurable outcomes across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain production-grade AI-enabled applications and services.
- Build and support integrations with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, warehouse and finance platforms through APIs.
- Develop scalable solutions using .NET/C# or Python, following contemporary engineering practices.
- Deploy, monitor and support applications in Microsoft Azure environments.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand processes and translate requirements into practical solutions.
- Ensure solutions meet governance, security, access control and compliance requirements.

About You

- 5+ years' experience building and supporting production software solutions.
- Strong expertise in either .NET/C# or Python with a track record of delivering commercial applications.
- Proven experience integrating systems through APIs and working with authentication, data mapping and error handling.
- Comfortable owning solutions end-to-end,



including troubleshooting and supporting users after go-live.
- Experience with source control, automated testing and modern software delivery practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Highly Regarded

- Experience delivering AI or machine learning solutions into production environments.
- Exposure to Azure AI, OpenAI, LLMs, agents, RAG or related technologies.
- Experience within manufacturing, distribution, logistics or ERP-driven environments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience designing cloud-native architectures in Azure.
