As an Assistant in Nursing, you will provide high-quality personal care and support to elderly residents, helping them maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care including showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assisting residents with mobility and transfers
- Supporting residents with meals and hydration
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' health and wellbeing
- Maintaining accurate documentation and care records
- Building positive relationships with residents, families, and clinical staff
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 6 months' experience as an AIN in Australian aged care facilities
- Regional & Remote experience
- Full Australian working rights
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach to care
