About the role:
We're looking for experienced B1 Aircraft Maintenance Engineers who are ready to bring their expertise to Jandakot, Western Australia and transition into a rewarding career in training.
As an Instructor-Delivery and Assessment, you will deliver a blend of classroom and hands-on practical training, assess apprentice competency against industry standards, and contribute to the ongoing success of our Apprentice Management Framework

We welcome applications from suitably qualified international candidates. If sponsorship is required, you may need to complete the qualification offshore, and once successfully achieved, we will work with you on sponsorship and relocation support to begin your new chapter in Perth, Australia.
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
- Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical).
- CASA Part 66 B1 licence will be highly regarded, along with experience in a training or mentoring role.
- Willingness to learn, grow and obtain a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a small, close-knit team.
- Experience working in the aviation industry, preferably at least 3 years.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills and strong organisation skills.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for aviation.
