About the Role n
As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll be at the heart of our customer journey and a key contributor to our branch performance . You'll combine outstanding service with confident sales conversations, helping customers get the most value from their rental while driving strong commercial results for the business.

You'll bring energy, empathy and a solutions-first mindset to every interaction - identifying customer needs, recommending the right products, and turning everyday rentals into premium experiences.
Your day-to-day will include: n

Delivering premium, friendly customer service that builds trust and loyalty
n
- n
Proactively selling rental upgrades, protection products and add-ons at the counter to meet customer needs and maximise revenue
n
- n
Confidently explaining products, benefits and value in a clear, customer-focused way
n
- n
Seamlessly managing rental agreements from start to finish with accuracy and efficiency
n
- n
Answering enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
n
- n
Cleaning and preparing vehicles to the highest presentation standards
n
- n
Supporting vehicle pick-up and delivery when required
n
- n
Maintaining a clean, professional and welcoming branch environment
n
- n
Assisting with admin and operational tasks to support daily targets and KPIs
n
What We're Looking For n

Ideally, you'll bring:

Clear, confident communication skills with a strong customer focus

A genuine passion for sales and the ability to convert opportunities into results

- n
A proactive, can-do approach - especially under pressure
n
- n
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or sales (preferred)
n
- n
Strong attention to detail and admin accuracy
n
- n
A full, unrestricted driver's licence
n
- n
Solid computer skills
n
- n
Full Australian working rights
n
- n
Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster (including weekends)
