WesTrac is seeking a Technical Trainer (Pre-Trade Trainer) to train, mentor and assess apprentices, helping them build the skills needed for a successful trade career.
You will deliver hands-on training, manage training records and assessments, and ensure all training meets WesTrac standards and RTO requirements. You will also collaborate with the broader Learning & Development team to maintain high training quality.
