Your new Federal Government Agency plays a leading role in promoting safer online experiences and works with other government departments, states and territories, regulators and organisations across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. With a strong focus on international collaboration, your new team delivers projects that address emerging digital challenges and strengthen online safety outcomes across diverse communities.

Your new role

You will support the delivery of a major regional initiative across Southeast Asia and the Pacific. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will contribute to research, project coordination, monitoring and evaluation activities, stakeholder engagement, and the delivery of workshops and resources.

Your key responsibilities include

- Conducting research and analysing online safety trends across Southeast Asia and the Pacific
- Supporting project planning, governance, monitoring and reporting activities
- Coordinating stakeholder consultations, workshops and capacity-building events
- Preparing briefing materials, agendas and talking points for meetings and events
- Working with international partners to develop educational resources and project deliverables
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the region
- Contributing to project objectives and continuous improvement initiatives





What you'll need to succeed To be successful in your new role, you will have robust project management and organisational skills, experience in monitoring, evaluation and reporting activities, excellent research and analytical capabilities, the ability to synthesise complex information and provide practical recommendations, strong written and verbal communication skills, experience engaging with diverse stakeholders and communities, the ability to work collaboratively while managing competing priorities and relevant qualifications in international development, international relations, social sciences or a related field, or equivalent experience To be considered for this role, you will need to be an Australian citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance at the Baseline level or higher.
