We’re looking for an Artwork & Production Coordinator to join our Melbourne production team.
You’ll be responsible for preparing and managing artwork for our custom doormats, taking orders from jobsheet through to accurate, production-ready files. It’s a hands-on role where your work moves directly from the screen into the production process.
What you'll be doing
- Creating and preparing artwork for our custom doormats
- Preparing production-ready files for vinyl cutting and CNC routing
- Working with customer-supplied artwork and making adjustments where needed
- Preparing files for our production equipment and processes
- Checking artwork carefully for accuracy before it moves into production
- Managing your workload and keeping jobs on track with production lead times
- Working closely with the wider production team
- Troubleshooting artwork or production issues as they arise
- Taking ownership of the artwork process once you're trained in our systems and processes
About you You’re organised, detail-focused and comfortable taking ownership of your work.
You’ll ideally have
- Strong Adobe Illustrator skills
- Experience preparing artwork for production
- A good understanding of production-ready files
- Hands-on experience with vinyl cutting, weeding and application
- The ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines
- A practical approach to problem solving
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work independently while being part of a wider production team
Experience in signage, print production, prepress, screen printing, CNC routing or a similar production setting would be highly regarded. You also don’t need to have experience with every part of our production process. We’ll train you in our products, systems and specific production methods. What’s important is that you have a good foundation, are capable, organised and keen to learn.

We design and produce a growing range of products here in Melbourne, alongside our broader range of homewares including planters, baskets and rugs.
Our production team plays a big part in what makes our products different. A lot of what we sell is made or finished here in Australia, and this role sits right at the beginning of that process.
We’re a growing business, so there’s opportunity for the right person to learn, take on more responsibility and develop their skills over time.
