Flowcrete Group Pty Ltd is an established Australian manufacturer and supplier of concrete boom pumps, line pumps and trailer pumps to the concrete pumping industry.
Based in Mount Kuring-Gai, we’re conveniently located just 5 minutes from Hornsby and a short drive from the Central Coast, with public transport access available.
We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Automotive Spray Painter to join our workshop team and assist with the painting and finishing of our concrete pumps, trucks and steel products.
About the Role
Working alongside our experienced spray painting team, you will assist with preparing, painting and finishing a range of equipment, including heavy vehicles, concrete pumps and fabricated steel products.
Your duties will include
- Assisting with industrial spray painting of steel products and equipment
- Assisting with truck and concrete pump resprays
- Carrying out touch-ups and finishing work
- Preparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding and masking
- Maintaining a clean, protected and organised work area
- Assisting with general workshop duties as required
- Taking pride in producing a high-quality finish with attention to detail
About You
We’re looking for someone who is reliable,
hands-on and keen to develop their skills in automotive and industrial spray painting.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in automotive, industrial or spray painting (trade qualification highly regarded)
- A genuine interest in developing a career in spray painting
- A keen eye for detail and pride in their workmanship
- A flexible and adaptable attitude
- A motivated and responsible approach to work
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A willingness to learn and take direction
- Forklift licence desirable, but not essential
