About the Role:

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to provide quality in-home care and support to older people living in the community.

This role is ideal for experienced AINs, Personal Care Workers and Support Workers who are passionate about delivering person-centred care and helping older people maintain their independence and quality of life.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Assistant in Nursing, you will provide a range of in-home aged care services, including:

- Personal care (showering, grooming, dressing and toileting assistance)

- Respite support

- Social support and companionship

- Transport to appointments and community activities

- Shopping and meal assistance

- Domestic assistance and light household cleaning

- Wellness and reablement support

- Monitoring client wellbeing and reporting concerns





- Supporting clients in line with individual care plans

About You

- Certificate III or Certificate IV in Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Care, Home & Community Care or equivalent

- Previous experience working with older people in aged care, home care, disability support or healthcare settings

- Current Australian Driver's Licence

- Access to your own reliable, insured vehicle

- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- A genuine passion for supporting older people
