*Organizing and overseeing the daily operations of DOOKKI SYDNEY

*Meeting with vendors and salespeople from various companies for the supply of foods and other products

*Determining the correct amount to charge for various items on the menu from food and beverages through to food items.

*Greeting and talking with customers, getting feedback regarding both items offered on the menu and service to the customers.

*Planning menus in consultation with Managers

*Planning and organizing special functions for customers

*Hiring, training, supervising, promoting or firing staff as required

*Maintains health and safety procedures

*Making a roaster & maintains time management.
