Your new role: As an Assistant in Nursing, you will support Registered Nurses in providing safe, compassionate and person-centred care to patients within the Acute Adult Mental Health Inpatient Services at Princess Alexandra Hospital. Working across North and East Wings, you'll contribute to the day-to-day functioning of the unit while developing your skills within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

- Support RNs with the delivery of individualised patient care
- Observe patients, identify concerns and escalate appropriately
- Contribute to a safe, secure and supportive ward environment
- Assist with ward duties including restocking, equipment checks and maintaining clinical areas
- Work within your education, training and competence under RN supervision

About You We are looking for a compassionate and team-focused Assistant in Nursing who is committed to providing respectful, person-centred care. You will bring a positive attitude, willingness to learn and the ability to work effectively under the direction of Registered Nurses.
